Our Origin

Born from a Vision of Borderless Living

VESTA was founded in 2010 by a team of real estate professionals and immigration lawyers who saw an unfulfilled need: international clients wanted to invest in Turkey but faced a fragmented, opaque market with language barriers and complex regulations.

We created a single point of contact — combining property expertise, legal guidance, and residency consulting into one seamless experience. Named after the Roman goddess of hearth and home, VESTA represents our core belief: everyone deserves a place where they feel they belong.

2010
Foundation
VESTA Turkey established in Istanbul's Levent business district, initially focusing on property sales to European investors.
2013
Residency Division Launched
Expanded services to include full residency consulting as demand from Middle Eastern and Central Asian clients surged.

Citizenship by Investment
Turkey introduced its Citizenship by Investment program. VESTA became one of the first authorized consultancies, processing over 500 applications.
